Community Guidelines

Please read our community guidelines before posting or commenting.

At Aura-Soma Academy, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to expand their awareness and education on the benefits of colour in relation to consciousness and wellbeing. In the spirit of community, we strive to maintain tolerance, equality and respect. 

All posts must be related to Aura-Soma and the Academy and/or your journey with these teachings. Keep conversations respectful and professional, even when discussing controversial or sensitive topics. Communicate in a way that is sensitive and considerate of others’ experiences.

1. Be kind. The internet has opened up a world of opportunity that humanity has never seen before. Please respect other members’ beliefs and consider your impact on others when making your contribution. Differences in opinion and beliefs are normal, but kindness is required. 
2. No defamatory speech, hate speech, or bullying. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
3. No coaching, selling, self-promotion, and/or cross-promotion is allowed. Only links related to Aura-Soma Academy or the teachings of Mike Booth or Vicky Wall are permitted to be shared. 
4. Respect everyone’s privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. This group makes space for authentic expression and discussion, which makes this community great but may also mean people can share sensitive and private information. What’s shared in the group must stay in the group.
5. Do not use this group as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. While we encourage open and honest discussion around mental health and well-being, the community is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

You are encouraged to share the following: 

• Your personal experience and how it relates to or how you’ve used Aura-Soma to move through that experience. 
• Your experience with the teachings of Mike Booth and Vicky Wall have supported you most when someone else shares about their experience. 

If you violate any of the community standards: 

• Posts or comments that violate our standards will be deleted immediately. 
• You may be issued a warning that your posts or comments violate our standards.
•  In some cases your community privileges will be revoked entirely. 

Agreement:

• By logging on to the community and activating your profile, you are considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions listed above. 

We request that all community members report behaviour that violates our Community Guidelines to a community admin or email enquiries@aura-soma-academy.com.
